IT's odd how times have changed. When I was young, if anyone wore clothing that looked like a flag they'd have been condemned for it. These days, it seems to be treated as something almost patriotic.
All I know is that when someone this hot wants to wear that shirt, she has my blessing. lol.
Well, I think permissiveness about wearing the flag kind of goes hand in hand with burning the flag. Of course, 2nd amendment and all, there was never an actual law against doing either of these things, but the lack of concern in today's society demonstrates, I think a growing lack of respect for the flag in general. Not that many people know all of the old DOES and DON'T associated with how you treat the flag. How many people do you know who would burn their flag if it ever touched the ground for instance. I wonder how many people would even know they were supposed to. I think that's a little sad, because it is indicative of a general lack of patriotism and indictment on our educational system... as if another one of those was actually needed. lol.
Wearing the flag started out as a something to do for it's shock value. But after a while it became rather passť. Now it doesn't even seem to be passť... it's just another piece of clothing.
But again, the way I figure it, the damage is already done, so why fuss over it when she looks that hot. It's not like it was made out of a real flag anyway.
